    Directions

    使用鸡胸肉,切成块状也好长条装也好,不影响口感,只要稍微调味即可。裹着薯片烤出来的鸡胸肉,酥脆爽口。

    Step 1

    将鸡胸肉洗净、抹干水份后,切成小块或长条状,备用。Wash and dry the chicken breasts, cut into small pieces or strips and set aside.

    Step 2

    在作法1内,下所有腌料,抓匀后,腌至少30分钟,或盖上保鲜膜,放入雪柜腌制过夜。Mix well all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes, or cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

    Step 3

    取出腌制好度鸡肉,依次序先裹上一层粟米粉,接着是蛋液,最后裹上薯片。Take out the marinated chicken pieces, coat it with corn flour first, then egg wash and finally wrap it with potato chips.

    Step 4

    将鸡肉摆入烤盘,放入已预热的烤箱,190℃烤约25-28分钟即可取出,享用。Put the chicken pieces on the baking tray, put it in the preheated oven, 190℃ bake for about 25-28 minutes, done.
